Warranty Policy at We The People Holsters

Our holsters come with a lifetime warranty that underscores our commitment to excellence and reliability. This warranty is specifically designed to ensure peace of mind and a high level of trust in the durability of our holsters.

Claims are generally processed within 2-3 business days, while fulfillment typically ranges from 2-14 days, followed by an additional 2-5 days for shipping.


Scope of Warranty Coverage


- Holsters: Our holsters have a lifetime warranty for the original owner against defects in manufacturing for the lifetime of the product. This warranty covers any defects in manufacturing and is valid only for holsters purchased directly from We The People Holsters.

- Cell Phone Cases: Cell phone cases come with a 60-day warranty from the date of order placement, covering any defects in manufacturing or material.

- All Other Items: Apparel, tumblers, koozies, and other accessories are covered by a 30-day warranty from the delivery date.


Limitations and Exclusions


- Third-Party Purchases: The warranty does not extend to products bought from third-party sellers. Warranty coverage is only provided for items purchased directly from We The People Holsters.

- Amazon Purchases: Warranty claims must be initiated through Amazon by selecting "Problem with order" directly from the Amazon order interface. 

- Shipping Costs: Warranty claims under special promotions (e.g., $5.00 shirts) may have shipping costs applied.

- Component Claims: Warranty for holster components such as clips, paddles, or hardware is limited to a single claim.


Important Usage Guidelines


To ensure safety and functionality, holsters should be used in accordance with the specific intents of their original designs. Improper use can lead to severe outcomes, including accidental discharge and serious injury. We strongly advise against:

- Modifying or Customizing: Our holsters should not be modified or customized by the user in any way. Custom design requests can be handled directly through our services, but self-made modifications are strongly discouraged.

- Using Damaged Equipment: Do not use any holster that appears damaged, defective, abused, or misused. This applies to products from any manufacturer.
