At We The People Holsters, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s how our return, exchange, and refund processes work:

All Returns & Exchanges must be processed here.


60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for Holsters

You can return or exchange any holster within 60 days from the delivery date, no questions asked. Simply use our online return portal to start the process here. Remember, the return shipping cost is on you, and we can't refund these fees.


60-Day Policy for Cell Phone Cases, Tactical Gun Belts & Magazine Carriers

These items can be returned or exchanged within 60 days from the delivery date. Just like with our holsters, these items need to be in original condition.


30-Day Return Policy for Most Other Items

For apparel, holster claws, tumblers, koozies, and other accessories, we offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date. Make sure the items are in their original condition, unaltered in any way.


Final Sale Items

Any food items purchased, like jerky, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of the product.


Mystery Items

Mystery Items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit, with no cash refunds available. The design may vary if you receive a damaged or defective Mystery Item and wish to replace it.


Regiment Jerseys

Regiment Jerseys are custom-made special order products and, as such, cannot be returned or exchanged. However, they are fully covered under our manufacturing warranty against defects.


Received the Wrong Item or Size?

If something isn’t right with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or size, you can exchange or return the item here. We’ll send you the correct item as soon as possible.


Exchange Shipping Details

Orders are processed within 2-14 business days, followed by a shipping time of 4-8 days within the United States. Note that shipping times can extend during holidays.


Shipping Fees on Returns

Shipping fees are not refundable. If you return an item, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. (Fee does not apply to exchanges)


Refund Process

We will first attempt to issue refunds to the original payment method. If the refund cannot be processed (e.g., due to a closed account or other issues), the refund amount will be issued as store credit.
