It's important to report any damage or defects within 30 days of receiving your package. This ensures that we can address the issue promptly. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

Complete the Claim Form:

Await Confirmation:  

Once your claim is submitted, our team will review the provided information promptly. If your claim is approved, you will receive a replacement order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email once your replacement ships. Please bear in mind that all orders are subject to a 2-14 day processing time, in addition to shipping time
